How the quote is built
Is recurring-AI deployment billed?
No. Deploying the AI that stays on the monthly plan has no extra fee. What we bill separately is each system connection.
How much does a system integration cost?
Each integration lands between R$ 500 and R$ 3,000, one-off, by complexity. The number locks in consulting.
Does the monthly fee cover adjustment and expansion?
Yes, on the contracted process. Unlimited adjustment and expansion inside that flow. A new system or product is a new scope.
How do tokens work?
We pass the cost with no markup. Recent reference: about R$ 180 to R$ 200 per thousand conversations, depending on the model and chat size. The proposal states the assumption.
How does support work?
The contract group with the team. First reply in the agreed window. The agent runs 24/7; human coverage is the group's.
What if I cancel?
No lock-in. Cancel whenever you want. If you want to keep the technology, we agree a 6-month window for transfer and docs.
