Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This page explains, in plain language, how to ask IAChatbot (Iatec Servicos Empresariais LTDA) to delete personal data we process. The page is public. You do not need an account or a login.
What you can ask us to delete
You may request deletion of personal data related to:
- the website iachatbot.com.br (forms, cookies and contact details you submitted);
- the IAChatbot platform and the account tied to your email, when you have one;
- messaging channels you used to talk to us, such as WhatsApp and Instagram;
- public comments on the official IACHATBOT Facebook Page that we process for read-only viewing and internal organization (support, triage and operations).
Comments on the Page are public Facebook content. Deleting data with us does not remove the comment from Facebook. To remove it from the social network, also use Meta's own tools.
How to request deletion
Email developer@iachatbot.com.br with the subject Data deletion.
Include whatever applies to your request:
- the email address or account used on the website, platform or support conversation;
- if the request is about a Facebook comment, the comment ID or permalink;
- a short description of the data you want deleted, accessed or corrected;
- the channel where the data appeared (website, platform, WhatsApp, Instagram or a comment on our Facebook Page).
Use the same email to request access or correction. How we handle these requests is described in the Privacy Policy.
Timeframe
We aim to acknowledge and respond within 30 days, or within the period required by the LGPD and other applicable laws. If we need more information to find the data, we will ask before we close the request.
What we do with the request
We look up the data connected to what you sent, delete what we do not need to keep and, where the law requires us to retain something (for example a legal obligation or a dispute), we limit use to what is necessary and tell you. Facebook Page comment data is kept only for as long as needed for operations, legal obligations and dispute resolution, as described in the Privacy Policy.
